I was about to post something similar on our blog. I do agree that personal touch like holiday cards will add customer value. Little things like personalization and hand signed cards can go a long way. Our company sent out an application that allows our customers to send personalized Holiday emails to anyone. Although I think it can be even more personalized, its actually pretty cool.... check it out
