Most people have told me that learned quite a bit from the exercise of examining their strengths. The hope is by the end of the 4 weeks, all will have a good understanding of where they are in their business and what they need to do to be successful in the year(s) ahead. A side note, you will be successful in whatever you choose based on your positive outlook and perseverance. Good symopsis of the meeting. Most people have told me that learned quite a bit from the exercise of examining their strengths. The hope is by the end of the 4 weeks, all will have a good understanding of where they are in their business and what they need to do to be successful in the year(s) ahead.

A side note, you will be successful in whatever you choose based on your positive outlook and perseverance.
