I’m doing a BNI tomorrow night and was searching for just the right information for my 60 second speech–thanks for the great information! I think this is something every small business owner should consider–whether they’re doing a BNI speech or simply talking to a stranger on an elevator. Good stuff!

BNI is one of the most organized networking groups I’ve ever been involved in. Their education is second to none and as a member very reasonably priced. Great to see you at the meeting Alan! Thanks for summarizing this excellent information. I think one of the key points made during the presentation was Part 2 — don’t give three things you do — only ONE. This means you have to really think ahead and plan your :60 commercial. I like to say, “I do BLANK, like I recently did for NAME OF COMPANY. And, they received the following RESULTS.” This formula helps me stick with ONE service. Keep your posts coming!
